This was amazing, the rooms were clean and lots of space , it was very cool all day and night , they cleaned the room daily and brought plenty of towels and extra blankets, and the service was just excellent, the whole staff day or night was so friendly and helpful , I truly enjoyed my stay there

Ajoining riom feature was great. Service was good, garage parking was difficult, facility could use an update but goid value overall. Good location for the price. Pool is very small.

Hospitality & Convenience

I booked a room with 2 double beds and shared with my sister. The room was cozy for the both us. I was most grateful for the service from start to finish. The staff genuinely puts the customer first. Even after we checked out we were still able to store our bags and even shower and change before getting on our plane. I really appreaciate that.

Not perfect but the staff care.

Service: Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby: beautiful! Room: Not updated, which is okay with us, however we were disappointed that the deadbolt didn’t lock and we wish there were more outlets/charging ports. Cleanliness: we did find some things on the floor presumably left from the last guests that we wish had been vacuumed up. Not the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. Parking: you do have to pay for parking (standard at Waikiki hotels) and it is a tight garage, though we had a compact car and even when we came back late at night and the garage was packed, the attendants managed to find us a spot. Overall very happy. Breakfast: the included breakfast is just vouches to IHOP next door. Unfortunately the menu is quite limited and you do have to wait in line with other IHOP guests. I wish we had known this prior to booking as they were unable to refund us for the cost of breakfast since we booked through hotels.com and got tired of the same IHOP meal after eating there multiple days in a row. I recommend booking WITHOUT breakfast included - you’re better off having the freedom to get breakfast wherever you like and not be limited to the small voucher menu. No substitutions allowed and it does not accommodate those with dietary restrictions. The guest services manager did make an effort to address the concerns that were brought to her attention and resolved these issues to our satisfaction after our stay. Though our stay wasn’t perfect, the staff do care!

Love this Place

Not worth the risk

Their parking garage is impossible. do not even attempt to park there. we ended up scrapping our rental car. Everything else was ok. staff seemed nice enough. photos made is seem nicer than it was. the pool is the smallest i've ever seen.
