Worst Hotel Ever

This was the worst stay I've ever had! Before we even booked our stay we made sure to call the front desk & ask if it would be possible to have my sister in the room next to me as I am disabled & need help with my belongings as well as other things and we were going to be staying for three days. Upon arrival I was told that was not possible by Tori the front desk lady. After I explained to her that we had already called 5 days prior before even booking and the only reason we booked at this hotel is because we were told it was going to be accommodated she said oh yes I do see that note here I will make that possible Give Me 2 hours. So we decided to wait just to be told that my sister would be upstairs as I was downstairs. We left it alone. We left to the coasthen we came back we realize that our room had no hot water & when we did try to shower the pipes would make a loud banging noise and would turn on and off as we showered. There were cockroaches in the room & the worst thing is the peephole was put on backwards. Yes!! That means that everybody outside the room can see everything you're doing inside. In the morning I brought all of this to the attention of Tory to which she just nodded her head over & over again and said that there was no other rooms available because other people that werr suppose to leave didn't. When I showed her the pictures of the Cockroaches she just nodded & said I KNOW. There is much more I could say horrible about this place but I am out of space

Very Great Stay

It was good but there was no Hott water to bath in that was the only problem that we had other wise then that everything was good

Horrible! Very trashy, bed had hair, no hot water, floor was dirty, cheap toilet paper, do not book a room! Biggest mistake of your trip.

Gross

The bedsheets smelled like urine. There was blood stains on the sheets. There was a big hole in the shower. The room was disgusting

Horrible Conditions!

When I arrived to Hotel I noticed front desk was dirty! I should’ve run away and canceled our reservations but it was late and we were so tired from driving. Hotels.com I recommend you remove this hotel from your site so you don’t lose credibility. Room had roaches, floors dirty, shower not working, loud squeaky beds, dirty refrigerator and very concerned about safety conditions too!.

Not a great stay...

I was not happy with the room. The room had a smell to it. The bed spreads had what looked like cigarette burns. The ac did not work to well and made noises. The shower controls were hard to turn off and on. The floors looked very dirty. I was disappointed and hoping better for the red roof inn. Will not stay there again. Sorry 😞
