Overall it was ok, but not up to the standard I hold the Omni. The bathroom was old and not the best, the shower was actually terrible. The bed was soft, but very bouncy to the point that every time one of us would move ever so slightly, the entire bed would bounce, waking the other person up.

Nice property, but professionalism of front desk staff was lacking for a 4-star hotel. They should know basic questions such as what hours the airport shuttle is available, whether food is available at the bar, and so forth.

It was very good, the only drawback was the room always seemed dark. You always had to have the lights on, especially in the sitting room. The pool was overly chlorinated, smelling the whole lobby area. The hotel was central to everywhere we were going. It was nice to have the little coffee place right downstairs for mochas and pastries for a quick bite in the morning.

Everything was great.
