Excellent location and very safe. Easy to find and get around from. Quiet. It’s was very nice to have an apartment for the extended stay while my husband was working.

Lovely apartment close to Tower Bridge & St Katherine’s Dock. Very quiet with lovely roof terrace & views of the Shard & the City. Well appointed & clean.

Very convenient and dead handy. Ideal for City and St Catherine's. Requested balcony and had good balcony. And went to best wedding ever! Andrew/newcastle

The apartment itself was lovely and modern, however the service from the company was unsatisfactory. When we got there we were greeted poorly and taken to our room, given our key and just dumped there - couldn't even ask how the keys and fobs worked or anything about checking out. All communications were done over the phone was all very impersonal. We were both under 25 so had to pay a £500 deposit on arrival!!! The time it took for them to give us the money back was crazy, (7 days) we felt extremely mistrusted our whole stay and felt like we couldn't touch anything in the room for the fear of losing the massive deposit. Overall, an extremely disappointing stay.

One of the best stays I've had in London and couldn't fault this brand new place. Only worry I had was travelling back to the City in rush hour. I did get a black cab within 5 minutes but I thought that it was purely by chance. A brochure or card for a taxi company would have been helpful

Me pidieron que les mandase fotos de mi tarjeta de crédito por email para poder hacer el checkin, pero esto no es recomendable porque esa información es sensible y puede quedar en los servidores. Al negarme me dijeron que un empleado de la compañía estaría allí para hacer el checkin y que esta persona cogería todos los datos necesarios... Dicha persona era una limpiadora que apenas hablaba inglés y que me pidió fotografiar mi tarjeta y DNI con su móvil para enviarlos. Ahora creo que la opción del mail era incluso más segura... Quitando este problema de protección de datos, el apartamento estaba genial y lo recomendaría.
