Check in was messed up...I had mentioned that I had two pets in my booking which “didn’t come through” on the front desk end. I tried to “upgrade” to a room with a fridge and microwave and ended up getting charged way more than I was supposed to. The room was gross with a weird smell...my college dorm was nicer. Inconvenient parking situation and overall unpleasant area.

The desk staff was cheerful & incredibly professional. Room was clean and wi-fi worked just fine. View of the mountains is quite good with just a walk across the street, too!

Room was clean and pleasant to be in. Hallway smelled so bad I held my breath when I had to walk down it.

Fit my requirements for single night stay. Very basic, but safe location and clean, and the staff was polite and friendly. The only drwback was that the mattress was terrible. Very uncomfortable with a rigid lump in the middle that ran the entire length of tbe bed.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Is close to anything that you may need including Yellowstone NP

The stay was fine travolcity messed up and i didnt have a room reserved the clerk call you all and nothing was ever done thankfully they still had a room

My stay was wonderful. The front desk gals where so very helpful with restaurants. I had 2 dogs with me. They gave me some great hiking locations. I stayed in 2 other hotels on my travel from Phoenix to Montana. This hotel was the best stay out of them all. Thank you so much. Very clean.

Cleanliness was very good. Not many amenities. Staff very good.

The worst thing about this place is the neighbourhood. Second worst thing is customer care. The parking lot next door was so loud the entire night. This hotel has a parking lot connected to parking for the hotel next to it. People blasted music in their car all night - I finally fell asleep around 1am thanks to a white noise machine. I would hope that the hotel staff at both places would do/did something but with how complacent the staff was towards me, while wearing a mask below their nose... I would not be shocked if nothing is ever done in consideration for their customers. Bedding was thin and uncomfortable. Shower is super small. It was clean and it was a place to rest for the night but would recommend paying a little more to stay somewhere else.
