Towels, and bathroom was dirty.

Rooms are clean.. but cigarette smoke smell in corridors. After starting vent got same bad stale smoke smell inside the room. They did change our room though to one on 3rd floor. Overall rooms are comfy and clean. Also, breakfast is just a nutrition bar. Can understand with Covid it's not hot breakfast.. but the pick up is practically nothing

Traveling during the pandemic 😷 to visit my adult children was sure to be challenging. We brought along a simple corner Christmas tree 🎄 and a few Christmas throw blankets and it help us achieve our purpose and goal. Safe clean enjoyable accommodations being very family friendly.

It was just what i needed For my birthday

Excellent all around.

The room was worn out. The tub had substantial rust on it. There are no ice dispensers, just two dirty ice trays in a dirty freezer. I had to buy a bag of ice from the gas station down the street. There was a large utility type plunger sitting on the bathroom floor in front of the tub. The dishwasher had all of the dishes in it and when you opened the door, it was clear that it wasn't fastened to the counter because it tipped over. The vents for fresh air where covered in rust and dirt. Given the poor condition of the room, it left you with an uncomfortable feeling that important sanitizing details were overlooked during this COVID crisis. I stayed at this facility a year ago and had a far better experience back then.

Loved the privacy of the 2 bedrooms. Beds were super comfortable and super nice pillows. Super plush big bath towels!

The Best place to stay in Ann Arbor.

It was such a great experience, so relaxing, clean, charming, and very hospitable. Social distancing was practiced throughout and the staff were very accommodating while respecting privacy. Such an amazing experience. We will be returning very soon.
