Cleanliness could have been better. The bedding and pillows were so comfortable. "Hot water goes hot and cold in the shower.

My stay at the Hilton was very comfortable and very clean

Our stay was fine - except due to covid i felt like with as many people who stayed at this hotel during my visit - the mask policies didnt' feel that enforced. There was a competition during that weeekdn and so there were lots of guests who did not abide to the mask rules. I felt unsafe and would have preferred if people were kept in line at a safe distance (rarely anyone kept the 6ft distance when lining up to get into the elevators). Also there was only one elevator that went down into the parking, this elevator was also slow and at this time can only have 4 ppl in the elevator which meant that there was longer waiting times.

Great hotel. The only problem was there was a Cheerleading Competition and this is where it seemed like all of them were staying. Kids everywhere.

The hotel room was very nice with a great view of the city the only issues we had was maybe a little bit more

Not really any food places open. Room was good. The over street walk bridges are closed. So had to walk outside. Not convenient.

Even though the hotel is not new, the rooms were renovated and okay. But they were not clean! We found hair on the floor in the bathroom when we entered, old soap behind the new towels we got and some areas had dust and were obviously not sanitized as the sticker on the door suggested. The two double beds seemed not to be queen size as in most other hotels, but they also didn't advertise them as such, so not really their 'fault' as I just assumed they would be. 'Breakfast' options were pretty expensive for my taste and even though I thought I had read somewhere it was included, it was not. Overall we got a cheap one night stay, but not thrilled about it.

The stay itself was good. The one thing i would improve at this point was the showerhead. It sprayed all over the place. It was old and needed to be replaced with one that can be held when needed/wanted. The price for parking is outrageous. We were there for a convention that didnt end until about 4p on a Sunday. Checkout was still 11a. To get an extension you had to pay more $. So after paying for the convention and a daily parking fee you had to pay more to be able to have the room until the actual end of your trip. Thats a lot of $

Overall our stay was great. The rooms looked clean but the air was so dry in the room. Bring a humidifier. They need to clean their air ducts and change filters. The water drains so slow when showering. The beds probably need to be updated. Kinda uncomfortable, but was able to fall asleep. Here is where I'm upset. The area is not the best. Do not recommend a female walking around alone. To get food delivered is pricey and not many restaurants are open, have delivery options also. Uber eats, door dash might be an option. There is a fantastic food court less than 2 blocks away. Prior to covid you could use the skywalk. Due to Covid it's closed. I believe during events as large as this weekends convention the sky walk should be open for the physical safety of their guests. Especially with prodomently female guests with young children. So thankful nothing bad happened.
