Great view - great staff - breakfast brought to room was delicious

The room was immaculate. Excellent night's sleep. The TV channels seemed a bit clunky to navigate. Found a guide but the channels didn't match up, had to take the station number from there and go to the menu guide to find the channel with the show you wanted.

Great location, had very good time there. Very pet friendly.

Loved that this was right downtown. Right on the waterfront

Had a Harbour view however there were no chairs to enjoy the view, had to use the desk chair and then sit on the window sill.

Very nice hotel in the ideal location for a weekend visit to Uptown Saint John.

We checked in and the room was extremely warm. We quickly set the air conditioner and let for the evening. We came back late and went to bed and the room was terribly hot despite the ac being set at 15 degrees. I called the front desk and they said the ac was broken on the higher floors and they were waiting for a part to come in the mail. They offered to move us at 230am. This was way too late for us but what bothered me is they were aware and still checked is in to a room on the 8th floor. The front desk offered to compensate us by dropping the price which didn’t happen. Very disappointing. We will opt to stay at the Delta next time. (And the pillows on the bed were old and lumpy) I know tourism numbers must be down but it was disappointing that hotel was aware of issue and still put us in the room knowing ac was broken.

Really nice stay, loved the view and the bed was cozy. I just found the wifi not good. We wnjoyed our stay and will come again!

From service to comfort hilton winned my heart. We are doing a cross nb tour camping. Last night we warent able to find anywhere to have us. We decided to look at hotels for a good night sleep. We started calling places and no on could confirm our kayak would be secure. When i called the hilton they assured me my kayak would be great taking care of. It wasent fitting in the underground parking so they told us to bring it in and they ware gonna store it away for us. From the beggining they made us feel comfortable and appreciated. The service was just amazing. From the service desk to the bar everyone was just so friendly with us. The room wow what a breathtaking experience. So big and comfy. Plus we got the harbour view without even being charged for extra. The pool the water is so hot and clean. The hotel is right next to bar 1 minute walking distance, there a nice walking path all around hotel and just in general this is by far my favorite hotel ive been in a while. We stay in alot of hotel in the year we are adventurer at heart and this one just is something else. Thank you so much for this amazing experience. Cant wait to come again.
