The staff was extremely unprofessional. Help me with my reservation because I booked it online at hotels.com, and my confirmation wasn’t at the front desk. The front desk already had a room ready for me with an early check-in, and quickly gave me a pack of your buds for me to complete my conference call which I had to take while I was at the front desk The staff was extremely unprofessional. The room & free breakfast and happy hour

Stayed here while attending a comedy show in Baltimore. Great hotel, very clean & presentable... breakfast was just ok though, nothing spectacular. Would have been happier with Chick Fil A.

Need new barh tubs

Front desk is rude and this hotel is not upto hilton standards compared to all embassy suites we stayed in US we visited in customer service and behavior.
