I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Hotel was under construction with no warning, so we were annoyed with hammers and saws all day. We were told we would have renovated rooms we did not receive. My toilet did not flush and it ran every 10 minutes due to a leak. Rooms should have had refrigerators but did not. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Visiting Family

Staff was friendly and check in was pretty quick. Room was nice. Beds are a little hard but not to bad. The only problem we had was tub wasn’t draining. I let front office know and they sent maintenance to fix it while we were visiting family.

Dumpster view

The front office staff was kind of rude when asked about the room options. I ended up behind the Dennys with a great view and smell of the dumpster.

Think the later the better.

Try to get ride of the inconvenience room first as we check in 3:15 pm in the afternoon and got a room behind the pool fence and no in front room parking.

Remodeling happening in sections of motel (as of July 2022). -Room had non-distinct odor that was a cross between cigarette, mold and chemical. Room was a nonsmoking room. -Construction on rooms above mine started around 8am. Shoveling broken tile, moving a forklift near me he front of my door to my room, general thumping around. -No bugs, cockroach / bedbug so that was a relief. Mattress was older but still comfortable. -decor was a bit dated, no outlet on bedside to plug in phone, tv plugged in to door light switch so tv was truned off if you flipped switch... not a deal breaker just odd. Needed a deep cleaning, grime on light switches, toilet seat has seen better days, shower tub had mold in failing caulking around the tub. I expect my room is scheduled for a remodel soon. Continental breakfast included a make your own waffle, and that was nice, but no other warm/hot breakfast items, coffee was dispensed by machine, not fresh, and too strong. Breakfast only until 9am. -Location was convenient for business I need to do in morning. Overall a bit underwhelming for $100, was expecting better from a la Quinta.

Adequate

Check in was fast and easy. The receptionist was very friendly and pleasant. The room had a faint odor- not sure what it was. There was a used cup on the AC unit. The mini fridge wasn’t very cold. The continental breakfast had decent choices. Overall the room needs a facelift. Fresh paint would help a lot.

Smells like toxic perfume, hissing toilet, lame!

It's not kept up so well and the rooms smell like toxic perfume cleaning solution which made it hard to breathe. The room I stayed in had a leaking toilet flapper that was hissing every 10 minutes which is extremely annoying when trying to relax. Not likely to stay there again.
