We could find this place and when we call host he told us we too late and left us with 4 small children on the street. We have to find hotel. Terrible host!

Good location, very good price. No kettle... some of the people on the reception don’t speak English.

Had to book very last minute and late at night due to weather delays in our travels. Staff was friendly and efficient. Facilities were very clean and design/decor was modern and very appealing. The hotel itself looked like it was geared toward business travelers. The room (including bathroom) was perfect for our family and very spacious. There was a grocery store right across the street which was a better option for our family. The area had a neighborhood feel to it and seemed very safe and walkable. It was a quick taxi ride to the airport.

Wi-Fi did not work, had to change room but there also worked only on intervals. Everything else was good.

Extremely disappointed, checked in and went to my room which was already occupied! Second room allocated was ok but a little tired. Bar service extremely poor, waiting in excess of ten minutes to get a drink and on second night i gave up and went to bed. Poor communication too, i left a phone charger and cable and have mailed the hotel to arrange return but although they have confirmed they have read the mail they have yet to respond to it! Area is also a bit remote with very little around it and a long walk to the metro station.
