No available parking had to park under the mall two blocks away. No help was offered to carry our stuff all the way there , the jacuzzi was not working , only one elevator was working , when asked to clean the room they didnot change the sheets , the staff were not helpful or nice at all there was no room service available , the worse hotel in downtown vancouver

The staff was very friendly and helpful. One elevator was being renovated; so there was some long waits. Paid wifi only is unfortunate.

We stayed at this hotel because it had a pool and jacuzzi. When we got there we were told the jacuzzi is permanently closed. The pool was extremely cold . The elevator was under construction it was really insane with only one elevator in service and a giant hotel to hang me people go and down . It was really quite awful because we went here solely to relax and swim and relax In the spa bath . And the whole time it was Not what we thought .

It was great. Room was perfect. Location was awesome

Parking was way too expensive we had to park in a separate parking lot a block away

The person at front desk (Otto) was being very difficult when friend of mine was trying to check in. Even after my friend’s name was added to the reservation, he still demanded that the Hotels.com representative call him. It was such a hassle to deal with the person at front desk. If it wasn’t for the great customer service at Hotels.com, this would’ve been a nightmare because the rep stayed with me on the line until everything was resolved.

The room was very nice but the carpet needed changing.

This Hotel doesn't deserve to be call the Met as it's currently under new management. Peeling wall paper along the baseboards of the hotel. only 1 elevator in use. lots of Sorry but this amenity is out of service. NO more Jacuzzi NO working steam in the men's section NO working elevator The work out area has no ventilation system, only a plug in fan that you have to balance a short cord off of a work out bench to have a cool treadmill experience. The ceiling is low and has this old acoustic type tile appeal. Very shabby. When complained to front desk the best they could do is offer a continental breakfast. Big deal, parking price is out rages. I would not recommend this hotel. Go next door to the Georgia.

Fantastic location, walking to everywhere. Quick drive to the Airport. Friendly staff. Loved our stay, will be back

Staff Excellent. Rooms spacious and clean though could use a lick of paint : )
