The worst ever

The bedding was dirty with stains inside and outside. The couch had dog hair all over it. The sink and handle was very dirty. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed. The room was dusty with a stale odor. Me and my partner slept sitting up and left an hour before checkout time. I had to disinfect the sink countertop and toilet seat. I hung my luggage on a hanger was afraid something might crawl inside my luggage. My stay was an horrible nightmare

You get what you pay for

I wasn't expecting a ton from this stay, and I got about what I expected. We don't go all out for hotels when we are going to be in and out of the room during the stay. This hotel needs more staffing at the front desk. I know this is a problem everywhere, so I am not holding that against them. Every time I needed something from the desk there was a like with at least 2 people in it. Our biggest issue was the shower. It was a head that should turn to give different pressure amounts based on turning the head, and this one did it. The pressure was set to the highest and I nor my teenage son could stand to be under it because the water HURT so bad. We asked for it to be fixed and were given the option to move to a new room on a different floor. I appreciated the offer but it was too much of a hassle to move with a baby. The breakfast was surprisingly good, but they ran out of a lot of things on the second day and had a hard time keeping up with the coffee in the lobby. The room wasn't the cleanest room I have ever stayed in, but it was doable. We had to ask for more towels because there were only 2 in the room. The pillows were horrible, extremely lumpy. We made sure to tell the hotel they needed to get someone to look at that shower. That was something I never want to experience again.

Stay was OK

Other than the wifi not working well and the room smelling like mold, the stay was great. The shuttle was nice and fast. Service was great.

Not again..

My bathroom was dirty. Black hair on the floor, in the tub. Toilet was dirty. The bottom sheet was torn and the room was HOT. I wont be staying there again.

24 hour service.

The service at the front desk was great. We came in at 4 AM because the airlines. The front desk sent us a shuttle Ans had room ready. You have no idea how much I appreciated that. 24 hour service really mattered.

Ok

Front desk staff was nice and pleasent. Overall hotel can use an upgrade. Bed was not comfortable. Stains was on the bedding sheets. It was an ok stay. Nothing to brag about but you get what you pay for... I GUESS!

DO NOT STAY HERE

This hotel is horrible and the photos are deceiving, I booked for a weekend and the hotel is filthy the toilets have stains inside and on toilet seat, the bath tubs have those slip resistant stick ons in bottom of tub but why bc they are black with dirt. I was given 3 different rooms none better that the last. There was one nice staff mbr a black girl who came up to my room to try to clean the bathroom for me but there was no use. I left a day early and when trying to get a refund the manager was trying to make me pay for the night I didnt stay. When I called to speak with them he hung up on me. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any Hotel, I've had better stays at Motels.
