Dirty rooms and needs maintenance

After checking in, our room was neat but dirty! We went to the front desk and was out in another room. That room was worst!!! Finally one of the associates went to check herself for a better room. When she returned she said that we had to wait until she cleaned it a little and “refresh” it up. After almost 2 hours after checking in we finally were able to settle in to the room. Unfortunately, this room was still not very clean. We picked this hotel because of the supposedly cleanliness. Not true at all, my wife had to wipe down all the flat surfaces and sanitize the bathroom. There was old gummy bears around the bed and hair on the floor. Also, the closest had a water drip/ leak that looks like it’s been there for a long time. At this point we were too tired of even asking for another room and way past our sons bedtime. Very inconvenient and disappointing

We were there for a family memorial, traveling from other states and Canada. The hotel was very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to gather in the open areas so we could be with family.

Perfect overnight stay

The only problem with the hotel was some of the clientele was annoying. We got there early and they had no early check in. We waited in the lobby and played dominoes. Later that day as I was running out to me car, the hotel manager (I think i cant remember her name) pulled me over and handed me one of the dominoes my kids forgot to pickup. She was the most friendly employee I have dealt with in a while. Everything else was perfect.

Everything is perfect except the sound proofing is not good. annoying by the close door and the TV sound from the next room in the midnight.

Nice stay but bring your own food!

I loved the stay and the accommodations. The only things that was a damper was the breakfast. Their was not a lot of variety and the hot foods(eggs, bacon etc) quickly went and there was a long waiting period for replenishments. This didn’t go so well with my hungry stomach.

Nice staycation

Nice hotel with a lot of parking space. Easy check in with 2 working elevators that come quickly. Rooms are nice, not much room to move around but decent. My favorite is the bathroom, loved the layout. Huge TV and nice desk area. My only complaint would be the breakfast, stayed 3 nights and only had the breakfast ONCE. Oh and the pool area was alright but very cold. Looked clean from the outside once inside the water was dirty(hair and bugs). Pool water was warm and can only access through reservation, only for 45 mins a day. Overall I'll be back
