Two night stay prior to ski vacation in St. Moritz. Regular room is very small (I visited a fellow travelers room). We had a suite which was spacious and convenient. It was an easy walk from the train station and convenient to restaurants. Breakfast was well appointed and tasty.

Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They arranged both for early check-in and late check-out for us at the last moment to accodate changes to our travel plans, and stored our bulky bags for us to keep our room from being to crowded. Lovely restaurant, great location across from the train station and near lots of great shops and restaurants. We had a great view of the river from our room.

I booked a two night stay at this hotel. The room I paid for was a non smoking jr suite with king size bed and river view. The room they gave me was a jr suite with two twin beds and no view. I kindly informed the hotel staff that they had given me the wrong room as it wasn’t what I paid for. They responded that the room I had booked was unavailable but they could have it for me the next day. I asked if they could refund me the difference of what I paid but they declined. I’m a pretty non confrontational person so I just accepted my outcome and decided to come back the next morning for my room change. The next day I went to change my room and they told me again that the room was unavailable but this time my girlfriend got upset and told them that this is not what we had paid for. Also we had booked this room 2 months in advance. Finally the hotel staff spoke with his manager and they said that they “upgraded” us to the correct room. They ended up putting us in a smoking room with king size bed and river view. In the end, I was at least grateful that we were able to make that change but I still don’t understand why they put up such a big fight to give us the room that we had already paid for. Not sure if I would ever return back to this hotel as it wasn’t cheap to begin with.

Our first stay with you. Loved our room. Loved the hotel location, short walk to train station and did a lot of walking around town. Friendly staff.

Great location with views over the water. Very close to the min station and within walking distance from everything you need.

checkin was super easy & quick. the front desk was very friendly and helpful. the room was very nice, we loved the shower specifically and the comfort of the beds. i thought the room might be a little bigger as it was a bit cramped but we did not spend much time in the room so the purpose of a good shower and bed was sufficient. great location for us as we took the train from zermatt & were able to walk with our luggage to the hotel. Hotel staff also offered to store our snowboards so we'd have more space in the room, before we even went up. that was great. recommend taking a tour through old town. my boyfriend ventured further on valentines & enjoyed a wonderful brunch at babus bakery & coffeshop. recommend walking past the lake on the way back to aldstadt area. as mentioned there are nice restaurant options in the hotel. we dined at the kings cave the night of our stay. my bf thought it was a little gimicky but the food was delicious and i had fun with it :) take a walk in the opposite direction of old town main roads and check out the view from Zurich University!

Room is clean. Most of all, there are so many wonderful restaurant near the hotel.

Air conditioning was so warm in the middle of the night . Windows are not able to open for cold air .

Overall very good room. It was small but large enough. Location was good. The only problem was that I signed up for a River View room but instead got a building view room.
