Beautiful hotel near Disney parks

Very nice hotel with free shuttle to Disney Parks (there is also a free shuttle to the train station, but we didn't take that one). The shuttle was great, but the one right around the time the parks open gets crowded --we got there in time to get on, but couldn't fit, so had to wait for the next one. The hotel is also very close to one of the limousine bus stops if you're coming from Narita. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room was clean and modern, it was just a little cramped because we needed a baby crib and that didn't leave much room to walk around (or any place to put our suitcase, because there isn't much of a closet). Also, be aware that the 24-hour restaurant in the lobby doesn't have a lot of options outside of normal meal times (there are pictures of pizza all around and the restaurant is supposed to have "Italian comfort food," but you can only order pizza at certain times). We were there on New Year's Eve and couldn't get in for dinner because we didn't have a reservation, but I don't think that would be a problem on basically any other day of the year. And you can take the shuttle to Disneyland and then walk or take the local Disney train to Ikspiari, which has tons of restaurants in every genre.

Excellent stay

This is an amazing hotel to stay while visiting Disneyland and Disney Sea. They have free shuttle bus to go there and they also offer free shuttle to go to the train station. Excellent front desk.

Quiet nice hotel

We had a good 3-night stay at The Hyatt Place Tokyo Bay. e had to travel for more than an hour via train from Shinjuku to get to this place and it was worth it. The area is very different from Shinjuku, Tokyo Bay is quiet, very peaceful with very few people in the street. The hotel is in front of a park with playground. We explored the place and found us in front of Tokyo Bay. The bay is a nice scenery and very relaxing. There is a shuttle service going to and from Shin-Urayasu station. The staff/front desk are specifically helpful with our needs. Special thanks to the staff who booked our airport limousine bus and showed us the nearest hotel to board it, about 4-5minute walk.

It’s Hyatt brand yet.....

Hotel was still new so everything was clean. However during my stay of 7 nights, there were times house keepers never refilled our body soaps, hand soaps, bottle of waters and toilet papers. For the soaps I had to go to my kids’ room to get a new one. When we asked for the new toilet roll, they brought already half opened toilet roll instead of new one.... kind of disappointing knowing the hotel is under Hyatt brand.

I liked the shuttle services to Disneyland and to the train station and mall area. It would have been great if there were an indoor pool.

Had a nice room with ocean view, walking distance to the ocean, I recommend watching the sunrise there. If I had known how nice the terrace rooms are, I would have booked that instead!
