The bed comfort was mediocre, possibly a mattress and bedding update needed. Still comfortable enough. The toilet water looked as if someone had peed and not flushed but I quickly realized that’s what the water looks like after drawing a bath, not sure about that.

The original room I was given was small, smelled moldy, and the bed skirt was filthy; it was next to the elevator who's doors squeaked loudly when they opened and closed. I went to the front desk and the women gave me another room on the spot without hesitation. Room number 2 was bigger, cleaner, and had a view of the Riverfront and pool...they just need to get rid of the filthy fingerprints on the white doors that have turned gray due to lack of cleaning. Other than that, the location and food within the complex was excellent, as was the bar service (there are three of them which doesn't hurt either).

I like this hotel more every time I stay there.

The hotel is is in a great location..The staff are wonderful and all the common areas are really nice ...I stay there a few times now but it’s about time that the rooms get an upgrade...The room I was in was an executive king in the main tower...it was big but feels tired ...they could start with the bed (way too spongy) and bathroom with very poor fixtures and water pressure...Just not a room I’d expect versus some other hotels of a similar class.

Our stay was wonderful in all ways!
