Decent stay for downtown exploration

Sign in lobby indicates that renovations are in progress. Our suite had not yet been renovated, and was in dire need. Our suite also kind of wrapped around the elevator bank. Everytime an elevator was in use, it sounded like someone was rolling luggage down a tiled floor. Nice view of the harbor from our balcony though! No breakfast provided, but there is a market next door and a grocery store the next block down. We were able to get what we needed to prepare our own breakfast in our kitchen.

Extremely poor hotel - not recommended

A very bad experience overall. The hotel is extremely dated and in poor condition, with many broken or damaged items in the room, worn decor, and outdated fittings. The room was also not clean, with hair all over the bathroom. Daily housekeeping was not provided as standard but could be requested by phoning reception - I tried this but reception never answered the phone, and there were long lines at reception every time I visited. Despite the poor service, the one time they were attentive was when I was woken up by knocking on my door one morning (which had a do not disturb sign on it) to ask what time I would be checking out, when I was due not to check out until the next day.

Hotel going through a transition with renovations happening. I’m sure it will be much better once that is done. Great location.

Old but clean room, location is great

Comfortable, kitchen is complete with what you need, but some areas are a bit dusty, looking old but clean. Service not good because nobody helped with our luggage in checking in and out.

Not good

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Old rooms are decrepit and nasty, had to call front desk to be moved to an update room and it was just completely grey. Updated, but grey everything. Not in the nicest area and overall just had a weird vibe. Ridiculous price for what you get

Renovations great!

I’ve stayed here for years (including this past summer) and glad they’re finally renovating/renovated. Stayed in a newly renovated suite and it’s stylish and functional. The hotel is at a great location near the beaches, restaurants, shops, and transit.

Staff was excellent the hotel is showing its age in some areas but mostly clean and comfortable right in the heart of the Davie street neighborhood will go back

Scuffed and Stained and out of Shape

This hotel should be avoided at the prices they charge. The room was in deplorable shape and the checkin process was slow and inaccurate.
