Average Room, but great breakfast

We got a room with horrible view and relatively small foot print, the cruise stateroom we have with Viking feels roomier. Service people were polite but very matter of fact, not wanting to go above and beyond. Best part of the stay were the included breakfast buffet, very tasty, lots of options. This place is a UNESEC (spelling) building, lots of history.

Great location, Fantastic breakfast

Fantastic location right in the centre of Bergen. Easy to walk from here to many places of interest. Airport bus stops right outside. Reception even kindly printed out a timetable for the return trip. Staff were very friendly and so helpful. The room was up on the 5th floor, but we had no issue with lifts as mentioned in previous reviews. The room was bright and the vaulted ceiling made it feel so spacious. It was nicely decorated with a coffee machine, drop down luggage rack and USB port by the bedside light socket. So useful especially as I had brought the wrong adapter. Bathroom was clean, with very good lighting and an extendable magnifying mirror. Breakfast was stupendous! From the usual cooked fare to soft/hard boiled eggs. All manner of bread/rolls/pastries/crisp bread. Porridge/ muesli/cereal, cheeses, hams & salami. Smoked salmon etc all types of fresh fruit and salad vegetables.Plus you teas /coffee/juice and choice of lactose free milk or yoghurt! Very impressive! Restaurant Food was also good. Would I stay again? Most definitely!

Really special property to stay in (obviously). Loved our family stay here. Rooms were upgraded. Clean. Breakfast was all we could ask for. Staff were friendly. Flexible with check-in/out when they could be. Thank you Radisson Blu Bergen for a great stay!

Was next to the UNESCO Bryggen site, best location, could walk to eveything. Staff especially friendly. Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. The nespresso machine in the room made the best expresso we ever had. Will buy that machine when we get home! Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel near town center

Very good hotel near the town center. Friendly staff and very clean. Exceptional breakfast with a abundance of choice. Only one lift of the three was available which resulted in long waiting times and crowded lift. Recommend

Well-located, comfortable hotel w/great service

The hotel was well-located for exploring the UNESCO World Heritage site of Bryggen and even for walking to other areas. Tatjana in the restaurant was fabulous. She obviously loves Bergen and loves her job. She shared with me tips about the various foods, as well as where to buy the best chocolates. The front desk was always helpful and cheerful, including when I had to request them to 'break' large bills from the ATM into smaller, more spendable bills.

Hotels rooms are very dated. Customer service is simply inexistant. We’ve asked them a few questions on the Expedia app and while we could see them reading the messages they were simply not replying. It’s definitely not the standard for a 4 stars hotel. The restaurant (26 North) and its staff provided a good service.
