Comfortable stay, expensive to drink at the hotel so recommend to try local bars. Hotel room was quaint and clean. Pool area nice although smaller than expected on photos. Enjoyable stay and would stay again if visiting Sicily

Nice hotel in the good location. 15 minutes from main station. We had room with the view of the port, it can be a bit noisy as its next to the main road. Very nice pool area however water was a bit too cold for me. Breakfast coudl be better, not much choice and everyday the same food.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. I would say though that the lunch menu could be better eg toasted sandwiches or similar and ready made ice cream for kids eg magnum. Very impressed with Covid compliance.

NH Palermo is located 15 minutes walk from Palermo Centrale and just a few minutes walk from the harbour. Our room was lovely and looked newly renovated however there were a few minor things that let them down. The pedal bin in the bathroom was broken so we had to leave it open all the time, the mirror was peeling away from it’s light box which was just a cosmetic issue but the biggest one for me was the bed. I could feel it’s springs which wasn’t comfortable at all and not what I would have expected from this type of hotel. Apart from that, the reception staff were helpful, the breakfast was fantastic and the rest of the hotel (what we saw anyway) was beautiful. We had a balcony from which you could see the Sea. The swimming pool and it’s surrounding grounds was also beautiful. Overall our stay here was great and I would recommend NH Palermo.

Hotel starting to show signs of age , both inside and out. Breakfast wasn’t much to write home about neither. On a positive note though , the staff are professional and attentive.

A good enough place. Reception was good but not extremely friendly. Facilities are not perfect for NH standards, place is a bit far from key attractions

Very comfortable and relaxing and even more so if you get a room with a view over the sea and palm trees. Breakfast very filling and the swimming pool is a plus albeit only open May till September.

Location was a little out of the way for most of the attractions.
