This is a great place and exactly what we were looking for. It was just as described and worked perfect for our 2 night stay. It has a great backyard that our son enjoyed playing in and also had a great patio to relax in the evening.

Our stay at this suite was very pleasant. Traci was very quick to respond to our rental inquiry or any questions or needs we had during our stay. The location is in a beautiful and very quiet residential neighbourhood a short walk to the Millenium Sky Train which connected us to all parts of metro Vancouver. The main level of the suite has a basic kitchenette with cooktop and mini fridge, dinette, small seat settee, TV and washer and dryer. Dishes were minimal but Traci and Glen quickly provided anything we needed for basic cooking including a microwave though we dined out most of the time during our 1 week stay. The suite’s cozy 3 pc. bathroom is also located on the main level. Down a short flight of steps are 2 good-sized, comfortable bedrooms. One has a door for privacy while the other is made private by way of a heavy wall-to-wall curtain, if you feel the need. The former has a double closet and desk while the other has a chest of drawers. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio outside to take in the garden and yard. Access to the unit is either by way of a narrow path between the fence and the garage or by walking around from the far side of the property over the grass. It was priced right as a basic and clean accommodation at $69 per night during our stay and Traci was eager to communicate. This would bring us back for another short stay if the opportunity arises. The property was very excellent in all aspect as it got everything you need inside the property. I had an amazing stay with my husband and 4yr old daughter. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and about a few min walk to train station and few steps from to the bus stop, restaurants and grocery stores. I strongly recommend this property to vacationers and I will definitely come back here on my future travels. Overall, I had a great stay in this property with great location! Thanks Tracy and Glen who were kind and friendly to their guests!

My rental car battery died and they helped me get it charged and get on the road. She even took me to Costco to help thank you!

My partner and our 6 year son had a lovely stay. It’s in walking distance of a Costco and the train station making it easy to get downtown. It’s located in a very nice neighborhood and has a functional kitchen and table out the front door to enjoy a meal or a drink. We enjoyed the location and the quote neighborhood
