Only picked this hotel because it said it had a pool and didn’t very upsetting when that’s what you wanted and paid so much for and so false advertising

OK BUT CLOSE TO BROADWAY

The room was sweltering, there was an obvious problem with the HVAC.

Poor service at outdated hotel

Save yourself the frustration & skip staying at this antiquated hotel. Parking is painfully overpriced. The walls, windows and doors are thin with loud noise permeating from outside, above & the hallway. Customer service was unsatisfactory, even when directed to speak with the front desk manager. With so many other choices in downtown Nashville they really need to improve service and update the facility to stay competitive.

Horrible

The lamps by the bed did not work and the shower was also not working which I did not discover until I tried to shower in the morning. I had an early flight so changing rooms was not an option. When I mentioned this to the desk clerk upon leaving she only said sorry to hear that. I have stayed here many times but the last few visits the rooms have had a few issues.

Great

There was a lot of construction going on and the pools been closed for over a year and there was no way to know that. But, the rooms were nice and clean and close to all the fun things to do in Nashville.

SO GOOD

Great stay after a horrible experience with another chain. The Doubletree is always clean, comfortable and safe. So glad I had booked the last night of my trip there.

40th birthday celebration w/6 females

I was a little nervous about staying here after reading other reviews for guest but honestly, this hotel could not have been any better. From check in to check out everything was as it should better and even better. Friendly staff, clean, restaurants were good, perfect location. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Great Location

Love staying here! Rooms were nice, clean, spacious & well designed! There is paid valet parking available, but we parked in a garage across the street & it was easily walkable even with our bags. Very convenient location as well. Whether you are going downtown, to concerts or football games, this is a great option if you prefer to walk places! I would stay here again!

Good Hotel

The hotel was good, the location to downtown was great, there was construction going on and it created dust though out our floor which filtered into our room , had to continually tell the front desk to clean our room.
