Desk clerk complained about being too busy. Ice maker on 2nd floor didn’t work. Day 1 pool not cleaned.no towels at pool.found maid to get towels. Day2 same but asked desk clerk to send down towels. Never got them. Doors were broken and just hanging . Did not seem to be as nice as visit several years ago. Not clean. Bad service wouldn’t recommend. 2nd worst I’ve seen. Also overheard 2 workers complaining out front about conditions.

This was a quick overnight stay but it was very comfortable. Its located perfectly in Maggie Valley, easy to walk to nearby shopping and restaurants. Wifi worked great, comfy and clean , good breakfast , value for my money, no complaints.. will stay again when in the area!

This is a very nice hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was a little to hard for my comfort but that is my only complaint and that is just my opinion. The pool area was very nice and refreshing.

Awesome except when I booked the room it was two queen beds but our beds were double beds and the room I book was to have a jetted tub but ours didn’t . Reception ladies were awesome friendly helpful and the considerate. I would definitely book this again. Thank you Comfort Inn. You were awesome!

No complaints, nice hotel stay with kids before day of skiing nearby.
