This is a very good hotel close to downtown. The staff was very helpful.

I have only good things to say about my experience with Comfort Hotel. They were really friendly and helpful in organising a birthday surprise for my partner. The services from the hotel were great - good breakfast with quality products, clean rooms and amazing view. If I am back in Bergen, I will definitely stay there again.

Staff very friendly and helpful

We loved the location of this hotel, it was only a short walk to the city and to the local amenities. The breakfast is brilliant along with the chefs and the receptionists who were very knowledgeable and friendly even though they looked super busy! We really enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Hotel, we were only in Bergen for 3 nights but the hotel was great. The gym is a great feature but it just needs a touch-up (i.e. the mirror not attached to the wall and leaning on the floor was a bit poor). The only main negatives was that the room's are quite small and VERY dusty. We saw the dust from corners, above the bed and on the desks and behind the lights, but other than this our stay was great. They also had to fix the lifts as one was broken for half the weekend and it took ages waiting for the lifts, especially when it's busy on the weekends.

Great service and staff but could use an upgrade to the equipment and room. Our room keys didn't work 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed.

Good location. Quick self check in and out. Rooms smallish but comfortable. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious and constantly restocked. First stay on 7th floor, rooms a bit shabby. second stay on 6th floor rooms had been renovated. much better. Location of hotel is good. Walking distance to all main attractions. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Very convenient for the Hurtigruten terminal and also for the sivbts of Bergen. Room was compact but extremely well equipped, and a small balcony, though not used , was a bonus. Separate lift for the top floor was an added bonus. Breakfast was superb. Luggage room meant I could enjoy Bergen all day before leaving after 6 p.m

A great location, friendly staff, clean rooms and excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.
