The room was very large. The staff was OUTSTANDING. We had problems with a rental car and the staff went way above and beyond to help us solve the problem, and they did it on a very busy day when the hotel was full. I've never experienced such helpfulness from a hotel staff.

Stay was very good, but prices changed every day from between R900 and R5500 for the same room, which seemed over the top. We effectively paid more then double for the Andre Rieu concert with the cost of the Saturday night. Problems with Andre Rieu travel when initially booking also made the stay more expensive and with less quality seats.

The staff was very very helpful with payment questions, transportation questions, and guiding us around this beautiful city.

Internet Quality is very low - worth reviewing especially With the clientele this hotel receives

Location is not the best, nothing around the area except the hospital. Rooms are quite out dated and old, bed is not very comfortable and toilet fixtures are very old and almost screaming for renewal. Restaurant was very good in terms of food and excellent service!

We only stayed for 1 night but everything was good

The room and the staff were great. The breakfast bus set is extensive. My only down side was I I got a room above reception and as a light sleeper could her the staff talking. Staff were particularly noisy.

Staff friendly and helpful. Sadly shabby with torn and dangerous stair carpet and stained carpets in room, corridors and stairs.

The room felt very basic and in need of a refresh, although the lobby area was nice and upgraded

Excellent service in all ways and perfect accommodation. A rather long walk to old town Maastricht but probably less a problem in normal weather- heatwave was a problem
