Great Location. Wonderful stay.

Disappointing stay. Service was poor, staff were unfriendly. Room is dated and very basic. Sheets have black stain on it. Would not stay again.

The bathtub is very nice and long, which is something i appreciate because of my tall build. The shower water temperature tends to be either too cold or too hot no natter how i tried to adjust. The cleanliness of the room by the housekeeper is wonderful. Breakfast set selection is limited but the little bread pastries were delicious. The location of the hotel is walkable distance between Raffles City shopping mall and Bugis. Overall a delightful staycation for me and my family.

The stay was great, though the aircon wasn't cold, we didn't report. It was still comfortable. But, the choices for supper is really little. They don't have finger food or other drinks available after 11pm. They have mains or soft drinks, if that's enough then you will be fine. Otherwise maybe you can get from nearby before heading back hotel. The toilet is really well maintained and great. the bed is super comfy as well. So overall, during this covid period, if you want a short stay out from home, this is still fine!

From checking in to checking out, we were greeted with friendly faces. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. This is our second time staying at Carlton. We love it

Was told Bday cake for son will be delivered between 3-4pm. After several calls and personally went down to reception before the bday cake was delivered at 4.45pm. It was a miserable slice of cake. Was there to celebrate son’s bday. Services could have been better! But the room was spacious and view from the room was great. Kudos also to the great location-near to shopping malls and good food joints! Staff at reception were helpful and friendly though. Will consider staying again!

The stay was good though this was peak season and understandably it was crowded. But the breakfast space was comfortable, the serving staff excellent. Enjoyed the food as well. The room was cosy but my upstairs neighbour probably had a kid who loved slamming doors. Either that or someone fell on the floor multiple times each day. All in all it was enjoyable.

Stay was amazing. Very comfortable and clean. Toilet was well designed. Has both standing shower and bathtub. It would be great if bidet was provided. Service was excellent and prompt. Location was ideal. Gym was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Great but we missed the buffet style breakfast

Despite this being one of the hotels which accommodated guests serving SHN, we felt safe with the measures taken to reassure the rest of the guests. Areas were cordoned off, with guests on staycation accommodated in a different block. Love the location and comfort in Carlton. The warm cheerful service seemed to be lacking as compared to our previous stays. Possibly due to fatigue of the current situation, which is totally understandable. Looking forward to our future stays!
