The first room they put me in was just big enough to walk around the bed, the bathroom door opened inwards luckily. I complained and they moved me to a much nicer room with floor space and a good sized bathroom. breakfast was nice and staff very helpful.

Good place for a shore period. Beds are not the best and the room are small compared to others 4 stats that we had visited recently.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating, the room A/C would freeze you out. The breakfast buffet was very nice and with a large assortment. The picture of the pool is a little deceiving, because it's the spa pool for 18 euros for 90 minutes. Honestly the pool was well worth the money with all of its options, if you're stressed from travel. Overall very good hotel. The only issue is the location, great for the airport, but a distance from the attractions. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel.

Great value for a very nice hotel.

Nice ambience especially with pianist playing classic American ballods in the evening after a busy day of touring. Bellmen and front desk personnel we're gracious as well! Would stay there again for value! Only 15 mins to Puerto Del Sol-15 euro cab ride 19 euros to Atocha train station & complimentary shuttle service to the Madrid-Barajas airport.
