Would stay again

Overall good stay. No issues checking in or out. Lots of towels for all guests on the booking. Breakfast was good and friendly service.

Our TV didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it or replace it, the pillows and bed were horrible, the AC would turn on and off every 10 minutes and the whole building smelled like stale cigarettes. There was a lot of late night people in and out of the hotel.

Front Desk Jerk

Previous stays had been completely satisfactory and pleasant experiences. On my recent stay however, the evening front desk clerk had a bizarre meltdown at checking. He was beyond unprofessional & inappropriate and at one point he pulled his bandanna-mask down to intentionally blow in my face when I mentioned a lack of comfortable social distancing. So yeah, not great, def would not recommend.

Staff was helpful. Respectful of my night shift status. Great place to stay for working out of town. Close to freeway shopping. Neighborhood has a homeless problem though.

Disgusting. Stains on the walls for. Years of nicotine tar buildup. They’re yellow with white outlines where picture frames used to be. The yellow isn’t paint- it used to be white. The smell is even worse. I wanted to throw up just walking down the hallway. Some random person was camped outside the back door where our room was blasting music all night long. We had to bring all of our luggage (including two hockey bags) through the front all the way to the back because the front desk attendant couldn’t care less about the lack of access to the back door of the building. Next time I’ll save myself the grief and sleep in the back of my car at a Walmart. I’m shocked their weren’t bed bugs. Next time I’ll just stay in a parking lot at a gas station.

This is an aged property that has not seen improvements in - I would guess - 20 years. The rooms were not clean. The linens were worn. It is suitable for a quick overnight,and not much else.

I did like the hot tub and walking distance to most of restaurants nearby. The room was big and friendly staff.

Room and hallway had the strong smell of ammonia that they use to try to hide the smell of smoke. Room was very dated.
