Personally I found the President hotel perfectly fine. We had a nice view of the south from the 17th floor. The room was t refurbished but it was more than adequate. Everything worked, the bed was really comfy and the room was really clean. Cleaners cane every day, changed the sheets, towels and disinfected bathroom. I will definitely be staying again. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel as I prefer to venture out so can’t comment on the restaurant. The top floor roof bar/coffee space is lovely, just wish it had been warmer to go into the pool!

I didnt like that there was not a parking for the customers as it is referred in the hotel description.

When in Athens I always stay at this hotel but this is more for sentimental reasons rather than excellence. When arrived the room allocated was truly 1 star. Smelled from cigarette like a third class bar. But the receptionist was very helpful. The "new room" was nice and all went smoothly. My recommendation would be to upgrade all rooms to 4 star standard as opposed to post code lottery on arrival. The other remark is about breakfast. Variety excellent. Quality truly bad. Frozen pastry etc... But as said I love this hotel. It is a landmark for me and for Athens.

Very bad. Full information not given on arrival regarding room location and lift access. First room allocated the electricity did not work so had to move to another room. Inconvenience and delay. First morning we were awokenat 8.30 ti the sound of very loud drilling and hammering. Repirted to reception but the nouse continued for more than one hour. On re complaining we were offered another room. Damage already done. Pointless offer. However we were then told that noises would happen again the next days as major refurbishment taking place. No prior notification of this was given. Then told by the manager tgat this was a management decision! Moved to another room but noises still audible. Fridge was positioned in the room where it could not be plugged in! Subjected to humiliating experience in bar when presented with an extortionate bill vased on misunderstanding of staff. Incorrect information given on the drinks menu. Manager was helpful with thus and corrected the mistake but overall the responses to feedback were not good.. will never go here again.
