Good enough

Overall pleasant experience. Both door keys stopped working so we had to get them reprogrammed, and it took a while before anyone was behind the desk to help with it (I think they were outside smoking). Exercise room was good. Hot tub was out of order, breakfast was there but the sausage patties weren’t warm. Relatively clean aside from the pair of undergarments left in the hallway by the elevator on our floor. I’d stay here again though, I’m just nit-picking. Just fine overall, just don’t leave your room key in the same pocket as your cell phone or other magnetic faab devices.

The hotel was a bit dated though it's clear upgrades had been made a few years back. The common areas were a bit dingy and the room was well appointed but the suite furniture showed signs of much use, the bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were a bit small and cramped.

Big disappointment !!!!

Very disappointed !!! Were there 3 days and never got room cleaned , even if we requested it be cleaned . Last day there had to go get towels, wash cloths and toilet paper. Will never stay at Best Western again Am going to inform corporate office about our stay. Hope they shut you down.

Update listed amenities

We were disappointed that the hot tub was closed and covered with a sheet of wood. Our booking site still lists the hot tub as an amenity. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pull out couch had no linens and none were in the room. Front desk took over an hour to bring sheets.

Room was clean, but overall needs attention

The room was clean & comfortable, but many other things need addressed. There were 3 towels & 2 washcloths for a 4-person room (they did get extras when I asked). The smoking area is right outside the main lobby. The bathroom door had a hole in it. The bathroom light fixture & closet doors were badly corroded. The pool water was pretty cloudy. The spa was closed. Breakfast was OK, but sparse. I think they were low on some breakfast foods because of a baseball team wiping them out of fruit & some other things. The coffee was watered down (they replaced later). I was in the lobby later in the evening (around 10:30), and the front desk attendant was having someone work on his hair. So when guests came to check in or to get something, he tried to address them from the chair, and go back to the desk if necessary. Some things are understandable, but I really expected better.

Dirty

This hotel was dirty. We left and stayed at a different hotel. They also did not have any towels in the room.

Nice stay

Nice hotel overall. Pool is small, dark, and not so clean. Breakfast was average.

Won’t stay again.

Staff was rude. Breakfast had little to no options, and ALL the milk was BAD! Not very clean. The only plus sides were spacious rooms and a great pool.

Not impressed.

The room was very basic. The toilet paper was not replenished on the holders, only sitting on a shelf. The toilet had scratches and stains. The finishes were tarnished and stained. There bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice. The breakfast was good if you arrived early. They ran out of items before the closing time and we had to ask for more coffee to be made.

Rooms poorly clean, bathrooms tub was full of water. Sofa bed was broken down and had no sheets. Had 1 towel only. Pool area was dirty and pool was super cold and dirty.
