The staff was nice. The hotel is in an area that is too secluded, area is dark, the room phone doesn’t work, the tub was slippery. I could say more but I will reframe my words. The over all stay was tolerable but I would not stay there again unless it was absolutely mandatory.

Horrible

I use to stay at this hotel before Covid (this stay was almost twice the cost unfortunately) because it’s a good location to the airport. I think Covid was the last time it was cleaned. It was incredibly dirty. Our room door was not shut when we checked in and when we closed it the key didn’t work. Got a new key and that key didn’t work either. 3rd key did work but there is no chance the room was cleaned. The bed was made but there were chip crumps on the carpet, take out food in the fridge and the bathroom was disgusting. The toilet overflowed on the first flush, the view was the pool and parking lot that were both covered in trash. Sleeping was impossible because the AC couldn’t have been louder. When we check out we had the sad breakfast for fruit loops and Frosted Flakes and then when we went to use the bathroom we were told all public bathrooms were out of order. Won’t be staying again.

Do not stay here!! The hotel is located in a middle of nowhere remote location industrial park. There is nowhere to eat nearby. The entire hotel is run down and old, restaurant closed, lights dim or burned out. Our room carpet was stained, smelled like stale smoke and dog

Hotel was very underwhelming. Room towels were stained, window looked like it was broken in to….overall experience was very disappointing

Sheets were stained but housekeeping changed them. Air conditioner didn’t get very cold.

Will not stay there again

When we arrived at the property after arriving into Pittsburgh on a 1:00 am flight they could not find my reservation. It took awhile to finally get it sorted out but by that time it was close to 3 am in the morning. The room itself was dirty, the carpet felt stick on bar feet, the bathroom was not clean there was trash behind the night stand.

There were crumbs in the bed and a button was in the bed and if you lift up the chair cushion there was an old room key in there
