Nicest Holiday Inn that I have stayed in. The room was like new and clean. Great dark out shades, biggest TV I ever had at a hotel. Good self serve hot breakfast , egg / sausage wrapped separately along with muffins and road snacks. I will definitely be back there as part of my itinerary.

Overall amazing service and quality

From the moment I walked in... they showed that they want us there! Very attentive, helpful, clean ! During a pandemic you don’t know what to expect, but we felt wanted and heard! Anything we asked , we got. Breakfast was hot and delicious . Prepackaged for Sanitary reasons , but fresh and hot. Real eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage. Also the typical continental stuff . I will go back !

Everything was great from check in to the room very clean list the staff was very helpful and the location was great

The positive things are that the staff was incredibly friendly. But the in regards to the room itself there was a musty odor to the room and it was a lot of moisture in the room itself. There was coffee but nothing to stir it with in the room. The room didn’t fully cool off and unfortunately there was a glitch in the system to where I ended up being charged 2x for the room. The staff did catch the mistake and reversed the charge right away but unfortunately it will be days before I’m reimbursed.

I did not use the amenities due to Covid. Hotel was immaculately clean, loved that I could use my Netflix subscription and watch on their TV. Room was decorated beautifully with a super comfy lounge chair and adjustable table. Breakfast was designed to take with you; well done for covid. Highly recommend.

Very nice. Only problem we had was our Keurig coffee maker did not work in our room. Mentioned it to desk and told they would see if they could find a new one but it was never replaced. Would definitely stay there again. Overall, staff was amazing.

Best sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel Room! Quiet, clean and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff, too. Convenient to everything.

Check in was awesome. The gentleman who check us in was so friendly. Also the morning clerk was very nice Breakfast was hash brown, egg sausage biscuit sandwich . Oatmeal, cereal. .the only complain was the A/ C compressor came on really loud . It might be a problem for some people. I was fine. Bed was comfy

College road trip. We were going to stay in Jacksonville, but with that city blowing up with covid cases, we decided to stay outside the city. We figured on the outskirts it would be safer. Boy were we wrong! Not one staff member we saw were wearing masks. Front desk -no, room attendants-no. They have signs all over the hotel, saying must wear masks, but very few people, if any were! It’s a beautiful hotel, but we were extremely disappointed.
