Wonderful Staff, Wonderful Stay

Recoleta Park is a clean, modern property in a great location. The hotel is surrounded by shops, restaurants, even a supermarket and a wine store. And we only had to walk 15-20 minutes to reach some excellent museums and the famous Recoleta Cemetery (where Evita Peron is buried). Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. The bathroom had instantly hot water and great water pressure. There is ample storage. The kitchenette includes a nice table and chairs. The expanded continental breakfast had a nice selection of fruits and juices, breads and pastries, including a delicious flan made by the baker, Claudia. The desk staff were fluent in English and extremely knowledgeable about the area. Everyone went out of their way to help us. Matias in reception spent almost an hour helping me resolve a problem with a cellular provider. And Claudia surprised me with a lovely cake on my birthday! You couldn't find a more professional and outgoing group of people. I hope to stay here again.

every single person at the reception was super accommodating and helpful. the service was amazing. we really appreciated the whatsapp communication and the fact that they helped store our luggage prior to our stay while we travelled to patagonia. location is very convenient and it's a great value for money.

Friendly staff good breakfast is included and the room was very nicely furnished and comfortable bed. Great location easy to walk or Uber anywhere.

Great location, good hotel. Would stay again

This hotel is in a great location. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was as expected (lots of bread, hardly any protein). My only complaint is the shower. The water had way too much pressure and took way too long to warm up, I felt it was wasteful. But overall, I would probably stay here again if I returned to Buenos Aires.

The receptionists are amazing!! Friendly and cool people. They are always down to help you. Very professional and respectful. I’d stay here again for sure. The only one problem is the key 🔑 to get into the room. Kinda annoying but not big deal

Easy walking distance to restaurants and other attractions, very helpful and friendly staff (some spoke English!), spacious rooms, comfortable beds, kitchenettes included.
