Everything was fine until the overpowering security guard told my sister (who was a passenger in my car trying to stay warm) to move the vehicle (from the yellow zone) to the opposite side of the driveway (the red zone). It was 10:30 pm, I was the only person in the lobby checking in with front desk and my car was the only one parked in front. By the time my sister got out the car and to the door i was exiting the lobby! C’mon Barney!!

Love staying here. Everyone is so nice, the rooms are great. Bed is comfy, pillows worn out cause they go flat fast. Every time we come here with my dog and they always give us a doggy bag with treats and a toy. WE LOVE STAYING HERE!!!!

The stay was great, the room was clean and as pictured when booking. The freezer had a lot of ice buildup that prevented it from closing but after knocking some off there was no issue. The staff were courteous and helpful and even helped me jump start my car when I left my dome light on.

I’m a traveling nurse so as long as the room is clean I have no complaints . Don’t judge the rooms by the hallways . The rooms are very clean and comfortable. My issues are that a man walked into my room while I was sleeping . I called to complain and nothing was done not even a follow up. He said the office gave him the key . My neighbors screamed and fought in the middle of the hall every morning ( I was here for a week)

Car was broken into and the hotel simply said "park at your own risk" without any emotion for what stolen. This is clearly a bad neighborhood and it should be avoided. I will not be returning.

I come to this Hotel on and off and it was good until I got there on 01/09/2021. A little early to check in and man they wanted it charge me another 30.00 dollars also they charge me 5.00 for parking which the security guard do not pay attention I was looking out the balcony. I hard the change ownership but bad business I guess I have to go to another hotel like Ontario, CA which they do charge extra 30.00 dollars for being there 1 hr & 1/2 early or paying for parking

Very accommodating. Friendly staff, clean, comfy, pretty.

Overall it was good. Some staff could be a little more helpful or friendly but overall it was good.

Nice stay. The receptionist at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful! Very nice and festive lobby area. Love that they accommodate pets and their pet fee is a very reasonable one! Our room was very clean and the beds were wonderfully comfortable!

Location was convenient, close to freeway. Room was clean. I checked in late last night, area felt unsafe as I was finding parking close to my room on 2nd floor. Side door was supposed to be closed and opened only by room key, but the door did not lock. I informed front desk. Outside stairs had cigarette butts on steps. Building is smoke free. I also came across 2 different people (guests) who were not wearing mask outside by stairs. Forgot to mention weird guy last night talking to himself while I unloaded my bags. Didnt see any security in back or side of building either.
