Great location; great price. The great: no carpet anywhere, vinyl plank flooring; quiet room; outstanding housekeeping staff; check in process very efficient by video chat; balconies. The hotel does show its age, but well maintained. Will definitely stay again.

Was not a big fan of check in by video. Supposedly secure door to outside was never locked. Restocking of vending machines near our room at 6:30am did not win friends. Could provide better sound insulation all around. Place as clean however and bed was comfortable.

Everything was excellent!

Everything was very good except the bed. I’m used to a Temper Pedic mattress and the one in the room wasn’t even close. I’m spoiled. Mattress was still quality. I thought there would be more items for breakfast but it was acceptable.

I was impressed how clean this hotel was. We had air filtration machine in our room! Can you believe that! It felt like we were in 4 star hotel! I highly recommend this hotel for all travelers!

I know it is not totally fair to rate a hotel during the pandemic but we had stayed here before and enjoyed our stay and this visit was different. Maid service every other day, police raid trying to rid guests involved in drug activity one day, fire alarm activated and fire trucks came to the scene for a microwave popcorn mishap our last night and one night we were kept awake for hours by some activity in the room above us. We had to chase down the maids for clean linens and breakfast was crumbs on 2 of the mornings. Totally underwhelmed.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. It isn't walking distance to anything, but a close drive to Tamiami Trail and 10 minutes from the beach.

There was no heat in the rooms. Anytime the heat was turned on it smelled like gas leak or like burnt. This is dangerous as I was falling asleep and woke up to burnt smell. I tried contacting the “virtual” staff and she made me wait a very long time. And she implied I was making it up. I tried opening the balcony door, but it was locked from the bottom. She reluctantly changed me to another room in the lower floor - and the same thing happened with the heater. I had to sleep with no heat as she threatened to not change the room. I haven’t slept since 6am due to. Instant door slamming, furniture dragging and traffic noise from the street, which now I’m a floor closer.
