The hotel is in need of renovations. It was like I went back in time to 1997 when I got in the room. I noticed that the were stains in the room and in other areas of the hotel. I am highly disappointed because I purposely chose this hotel brand over others in the area because I thought it would be worth the money. The “closet” area was damaged and the bathroom didn’t have any conditioner in the dispenser. I understand that some guests require lodging that accommodates their service pet dogs but it was problematic for me. I was told by staff that the hotel doesn’t have designated rooms for guests with dogs and a dog has been in every hotel room. It should be a practice of the hotel brand to have a designated number of rooms only for guests with pets and to have more rooms that pets where pets are not allowed as some of your guests may have allergies to pet dander. I personally couldn’t sleep throughout the night due to having an allergic reaction to pet dander. Please resolve these issues in the near future.

Omar Ingrid S. and Catherine made the entire weekend stay magical and memorable. They were very pleasant and approachable. They provided exceptional and helpful service. Very accommodating and provided on spot answers to all questions. Above all, they made my kids smile. Thank you.

Every staff member we interacted with whether I’m on the phone or in person was fantastic. We beefed up only needing one room last minute and the manager was so accommodating told me what I needed to do to get refunded without hesitation. We stayed there because we went to Medieval Times which was right next door. American Dream mall isn’t far either. Great location. We even did a late night Door Dash from White Castle which was soooo good.

The room was comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The staff was accomodating and very friendly. The bar was closed due to staffing issues and the walkway from the garage to the hotel was closed and in need of repair but otherwise it was a great place to stay and I would absolutely stay there again.
