Small but good.

Nice enough hotel. Clean and safe. Very small rooms and lots of walking. No coffee in the rooms unfortunately. Very well located though walking distance to many attractions.

Fabulous location. Clean room. Mostly quiet except for 4:30 am monday garbage pick-up. Staff were friendly and promised we had a great room - it was!!!

We only stayed one night. Very clean room but no fridge. It seems like they have cool pool but we didn’t get a chance to go. Location was perfect Pier39 was walking distance.

it was great my grandsons were able to swim in the pool, fresh filtered water. though no coffee in room, coffee available every morning free, and free is nice in sf. close to all fishermans wharf has to offer.

Very family friendly. The pool was nice as was the games area. It would be nice if they had a change machine in the game room for the arcade games, otherwise everything was perfect.

Hidden Fees

We had to pay $310 extra for a 3 night stay because of parking and destination fee. Parking itself is $60 per night plus $10 tax. They charge you a destination fee of $29 plus $5 tax again per night. The room didn’t even have a refrigerator nor an iron. Avoid staying here!!

Clean and safe yet lacking some amenities.

The hotel was beautiful we felt really safe. The only downside was they didn’t offer breakfast (which was advertised as included) and that was a major selling point for me when choosing a hotel for my family. They had a grab and go area but everything was overpriced and should have been free to guest since the breakfast was advertised on the website during booking. We were not given any coupons for restaurants in the area given the fact that breakfast was another meal we had to plan for yet when we checked out the receptionist was offering them to another guest. I just felt the hospitality could have been better. Although, the had free coffee in the morning which was nice and milk & cookies were offered later in the evening. We are use to a mini fridge &/or microwave in our hotels which this one did not have.

Great location

Great location near Fisherman’s Wharf. So many great places to visit within walking distance. The only negative is that there is no complimentary breakfast. However, there were cold breakfast items available at a reasonable price compared to nearby restaurants.
