I found the reception personnel rude, stressed and annoyed so that made communication hard. Never a smile! The room had things that did not work or were broken. Very ran down...breakfast was a lot of the same.

Very convenient location, decent breakfast, good wifi, very good bed. The bathromm sink was cracked, the cold water faucet in the sink did not work

No drawers

I do not agree with their remodeling choices, eliminated all drawers and left only shelves, problematic for storing items.

beautiful hotel in Central BA for a great price

the room was very big and comfortable. I really enjoyed this hotel for one night in Buenos Aires, I wanted to stay longer. It is in a great location right downtown and a very friendly staff at the front desk. the bed was big and comfortable and the room was very clean. the breakfast was lovely too. a great deal for the price you pay.

Budget friendly hotel in microcentro

Stayed 3 nights at Gran Hotel Buenos Aires in a family vacation. The main “pluses” of this hotel are the location, and the price. Certainly, it was a good deal price-wise. The hotel is very centrally located in downtown “micro centro”, close to shopping on Florida street, many restaurants, and public transportation (which we didn’t use). However, it is an older, local, basic, budget hotel. Rooms were serviceable but quite small. Staff was friendly enough but not particularly helpful. Breakfast is good, also basic. There are really no other amenities. It did serve our purposes well, but I would likely choose another hotel next time.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of historical Lima city centre. Very helpful and welcoming staff. The hotel building is very grand and the room nice and spacious. The only downside was that WiFi had a good signal only in the lobby.
