I had a good stay until my grandson almost split his head open at indoor pool. He was walking I was holding his hand his feet came out from under him and I grabbed him dislocating my finger. That floor is very dangerous when wet. It really should have been textured not flat.

Room was fine but wallpaper seams were coming apart😂

It was a dirty facility. I felt bad for the poor desk worker who kept having to change my room because of the rooms not being clean. The shower had brown and black stains, the towels were clearly not changed. Not a good place to be without your own cleaning supplies

Our stay was good except for the door slamming, every time anyone goes in or out their door, it slams shut. It's really annoying early in the morning or late at night. The walls are paper thin, so you hear EVERYTHING from each of the rooms on either side of you. We had been out all day and the people on one side were night owls and they were up until 3:00 am. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Upon arrival they seem to take precautions. At room noticed smaller than average fridge, 2 material type chairs at table that were not comfortable and had stains, plus no microwave. No other seating than on bed. In the night we were cold but no extra blanket. In the morning noticed they had only one role of toilet paper on holder but no extra roles. Next was shower. Screws sticking out where bench had been. Clearly the back half of shower had not been cleaned as it had dirt and long black hairs on floor. I have short blond hair an my husband is a red head. The door for the bathroom was a barn door style with smoky glass that the light came through brightly if someone went to the bathroom in the dead of night. Also it did not close or line up properly and left a good inch and a half gap you could see in or out. So much for privacy. We tried a couple times to go to indoor pool but pool looked to cloudy and the floor hadn’t been swept or picked up from weekend. There was straw on floor and lounges had dirt on them. We were there a few days and decided we would not be spending any significant time at the hotel. Did not want to complain at that time. Just wanted to do what we came for and spend as little time as we had to until we could get out. The final thing was when we packed up, the top envelope had been ripped open and used previously. They couldn’t even put a fresh one out. We would not recommend staying here. We would expect this in a $50 hotel not one we spent $127.

Check in was easy, but not personable. Second day noticed we only had hot water. Reported the problem, someone came up to check the problem & never came back. Grab & go breakfast was good with options. Pool was a bit chilly, but refreshing seeing we only had hot water in our room. The rate for our stay was very fair.

I thought the floors were dirty - both rooms, there wasn't enough toilet paper, had to get more, for two people registered there was one coffee cup. Check in was fine, lady was very friendly, even at checkout. But I wasn't impressed with the room and the floors etc. You need to pay attention.
