Disappointed

Hotel was not very clean overall, particularly the grounds. The room did not smell good. Clearly there had been a lot of cooking done in the room since it is extended stay with full kitchen. There were no plates or utensils in the kitchen. The breakfast was grab and go, not what was pictured on the site, so that was a disappointment since Georgia has not been under COVID restrictions for quite some time.

First and last time

Credit card machine wasn't working properly and I was charged 3x for my 2-night stay, before being refunded. Apparently long-term guests can have dogs on site. Had to complain about a dog that had been barking in the room for over 6 hours while the owner was at work until midnight. My family will never stay at a Sonesta again. One and done!

It was good stay. would have given 5-star. we tried to get some tooth paste from front desk adn was told they didn't have it. then we tried again with another agent and got it. was little surprised with that. thats the reason for 4-star and not a 5-star

Worst customer service ever

Loved the place hated the experience long story short police were involved dealing with front desk worker we were assaulted and so was another worker never couldn't reach manager name Monica i tried so many times we took video of everything bt decided to not post it

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Overall has been fine, except once my room was full of fleas, but management was notified & they quickly moved me to another room. This last time, however, was horrible. I requested a balcony suite, didn’t happen. TV didn’t work, reported to front desk & was told maintenance would be up in “a little bit”. Waited 3 hours, went back downstairs & was told the maintenance guy had left for the day. Be I asked to be moved to a different room, was ignored until I demanded a different room with a working tv. Moved rooms, still no balcony. And to top it off 2 days after I checked out they charged $82.00 on my card & I contacted them. They said “ it was a mistake, you will be refunded in 3-10 days” no apology no explanation. It’s been4 days & still not refunded. It took literally seconds for them to charge my card and 3-10 days to refund it. Very disappointed. I will choose a different hotel to get away from now on.

This property is very commonly used for people with pets. While that is also why I chose to stay here. The room reaked of urine and we found a dead roach in the bathroom upon entry, probably died because of the urine smell. The room was very inexpensive as i guess you get what you pay for. I will not be coming back.

What i did not like about the property was that there was not any carts to carry your luggage. There was a hole in the soap dish. The towel rack was hangging from the wall. There was a papertowel around the smoke detector. I guess from somebody smoking in the room. I smelled smoke a lilttle. I called down to the front desk twice no answer. There was no ice bucket in the room to get ice from the ice machince.

Love the fireplace and patio. Kitchen is nice. Everything was great except on our last night, there was a domestic dispute in the room above. After alerting the front desk, the fighting still continued late into the night. Very disrupti e and uncomfortable.
