Due to the corona virus outbreak I was unable to make this trip. I tried to cancel this 5 night booking during the second day of the stay as I never arrived in Paris. The hotel showed absolutely no compassion, understanding or flexibility to change dates or even give a partial refund. Being stuck in country (Taiwan) and dealing with changing meeting schedules, cancellations etc, it was difficult to get everything dealt with at the last minute. CS hotlines were hard to call into. This just added to the stress and losses we are already suffering as a result of this outbreak. I’m in Paris every quarter but will not book this place again as they obviously do not care about people over profits.

Nothing was unique I got confused with the name thinking is part of the Hilton family

This property fit our needs perfectly with the combination of being nice and well-located and affordable.

Great location, friendly staff. There is not a cafe in the hotel, but there are plenty of places nearby. Coffee in the room and a nice little minibar. We had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from the 7'th floor room.

Noisy, room on the main boulevard The room was very small - the bed too - not even a queen size but closer to an equivalent of full in America The bathroom was clean but very small too. Toilet is the bathroom and not curtain shower.

The rooms in this hotel primarily are smaller than on the photos. They sold me a premium room where king bed bearly fits the room. I heard the same complains from other visitors as well. Basically they have only two spacious rooms per floor, the rest arw tiny. Especially for a guy of 6'6 like me.

Hotel staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. From the reception to the housekeeping staff, they all were nice and friendly. The hotel location is ok, not the best, but it’s not bad either. There are certainly much better located hotels around París for the same price range as HWM. The room was quite small, too small actually. In terms of cleanliness, it was good. Overall, nota bad stay at this hotel, however in terms of value for money, there are definitely better options.
