I got the feeling this property was not originally a Fairfield Inn. Quality of the facility was lacking (especially the bathroom) and the in-wall A/C unit didn't work to heat or cool. Also, a big bug found its way to the bathtub. The pillows and bed were comfortable. The free (included in the room rate) breakfast was a small bottle of water and a cheap granola bar in a paper sack, for which you had to kindly ask the surly morning desk clerk (as there was nothing out to explain your breakfast option at the hotel or online.). With the high customer satisfaction rating, I've got to believe things were better there before COVID-19, but I'm not impressed with it's current operation and consider it's future suspect. This property, in my estimation, did not meet my expectations and is operating below the standard I've experienced at Fairfield Inns.

Hotel staff was friendly. The hotel could have a little variety for breakfast even since Covid. I’ve stayed where they offer prepackaged muffins, fruit, cereal with milk cartons. I was surprised with how busy this hotel was during a pandemic.

Not happy with our stay at this particular hotel. I have am a loyal Fairfield customer and never had any issues with my stays when I travel. This place was dirty and there was bugs in our room. I didn't feel confident in knowing that this place follows precautions to reduce covid transmissions. I would highly suggest people find another place to stay while in Hattiesburg. The people behind the desk however were very understanding and kind when I brought my concern to them.

Everything was fine, it's a very comfortable place to stay i always enjoy staying at Fairfield, the staff is always so pleasant, every comfort of home

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and fast. I would definitely stay again.

Stay was pretty good. Saw an insect in my room but the front desk staff quickly allowed me to change rooms.
