Checking was easy Staff was polite Location is ideal to downtown

No staff at the desk multiple times had to track down sheets for the pull out bed, main lobby had random “old and used” couches, pool was poorly maintained no towels and overall area is not desirable lots of street noise and traffic

Customer service was fine, system wasn’t working correctly for her to get my signature and what not so spent awhile constantly running my card but don’t believe I was overcharged. Got to my room to see the jacuzzi was completely stained red and gross. Didn’t even use it and the jacuzzi is the only reason we booked the room for my husband and I since we live in town.

We appreciate being able to find a pet friendly hotel so that we can travel with our pooch, and they did not penalize with additional charges.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and large.

My sister and I got there at 1:30 in am since mom is in hospital. Slept a few hours, went to a store to get toiletries and came back to our room being stripped down even before checkout time. We planned on showering and preparing for the day before we checked out. The beds were comfortable. The entire hotel was a bit rundown and dirty looking. For the price it was not a good deal at all.

The common/breakfast area has been nicely updated. Hallways and some other common areas appear to be a work in progress. The room I had (#216) was nicely updated. It's close to an active train track with horns sounding; brig your ear plugs for sleeping.

Room was fine. Heat worked well on a cold snowy night. The walls and ceiling are thin and we were woken numerous times as the people in the room above us were late night people, and heavy walkers noise transferred into our room.

The rooms need cleaned. Last year we were able to use a local fitness center with our stay. This year we were not even though it is listed.

The property was well maintained. However the pool was closed at the time we stayed. It was easy to get to and very close to the CP rail yard were the Holiday Train stopped for the night which was a wonderful event to attend.
