We only came for the weekend and we’re tested for Covid for the returning flight. We received a false positive and were locked in our room. They only have someone to do the testing from 12pm-1:30pm. We were scheduled for 1:30pm, so by the time you see your results the nurse already left and there was no one to retest you. It was very very scary, and we were given four options- 1. Drive over the boarder back to the US; 2. They will give you a discounted rate on a room to quarantine in; 3. Pay for a $90 PCR test (results within 24th): or 4. Pay $80 for a doctor to come in 8 hours later to retest you. We opted for the retest and the PCR but it was so late that the activities and restaurants/bars on resort were closed by the time we got any results, leaving us still confined to our room. When you are only there for the weekend this screwed us out on half of our experience. This could have been easily fixed if they had someone there to offer an additional rapid retest.

The staff was excellent. It is on the smaller side but still big enough not to be bored for four days. It was not fully booked so very relaxing and enjoyable by the pools.

Exceeded our expectations in every area. English speaking staff and super friendly. Incredibly clean, delicious food, gorgeous beach, I recommend splurging for a swim up room with an ocean view like we did. What a perfect way to start and end the day. Highly recommend!

Excellent resort and family friendly. Good vibes, food, and service. The staff is extremely friendly. We stayed with a 1 year old and they took care of us with any baby amenities we needed. Great for relaxing, would come again!

Beautiful property. Staff too nice. Room very nice. Dinning missing variety. Main two restaurants always booked to capacity, but not true a few times we got in after telling us we are fully booked and found most of the tables empty. Amazing if you want a few quiet days until loud crowd comes in, mostly young people. This time of the year, the ocean is full of seaweed the staff do their very best to clean it, but at times it's impossible the water turns an orange colour and the smell is horrible. Overall I would come back, very safe!

Smaller resort so never any issue getting chairs. No long lines or waits for meals. Extremely friendly staff, easy check in. Our stay was fantastic!

The Ambassador Host Diego took me for a tour and reserve a birthday gather for me at the Latinos Resturant. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was awesome. The staff was very polite and there was a lot of things to do. The food was fabulous.
