Nice Stay

We had a 6 hour drive to the hotel and they were great about letting us checkin early and change so we could get to saratoga on time for the races.

Overnight stay excellent

The hotel was beautiful, a place where you can eat, live music, the room was comfortable, clean, very comfortable bed, staff was very friendly, perfection location around stores, malls & good restursnts to eat. I would give this stay a A+++, I definitely would stay here again

OK - not great

We booked a hotel for a night which coincided with a wedding and some sporting events. The pool was overcrowded with screaming girls and parents eating by the poolside not even attending to their kids. We didn't see the sign that warned us about a wedding parade that was being videotaped from 6pm - 6:30pm, and when we tried to exit, we were told to exit the exterior of the pool and walk around the hotel or wait until 6:30 pm. Some of the bath towels in the room looked laundered but had brown stains on them. We requested some fresh towels, and they were brought up promptly. The koi fish pond was a nice touch, but unlike other guests' experience, our kids were not allowed to feed the fish. In fact, there was a sign that said, "Do not feed fish." The staff wasn't rude, but they weren't exactly warm and friendly either. Overall, the hotel was OK for the price. Nothing to write home about.

Excellent hotel with a small issue

Thankful they were able to accommodate an early check in, but when I called to ask if that was possible the morning of my stay they informed me I would not get the room I had reserved 6 months in advance. The duplex room with a staircase in it was my original booking but they said there was a leaking toilet issue. I understand things happen, but they should have called me and notified me as soon as that occurred asking if i wanted to keep my reservation. The executive suite was nice and spacious and super clean. Bed was comfy so I have no complaints as far as the stay. Just wish they would have told me ahead of time there was an issue with my room as we were really looking forward to having the top tier room. Small issues aside I would stay at this hotel again as it is beautiful inside.
