The stay was comfortable and the room was very clean. Parking was paid ($6/day) and on-site. There are 3 exists, so it is pretty convenient to park your car closest to your room. We were surprised to see a charge for using the wifi ($4.95/day) even though Wifi is supposed to be free of charge here - when we called in to sort it out, we learnt that the wifi login page had some fine print about high-speed wifi that was chargeable. Breakfast was limited and the supplies ran short if you picked it up towards the end of their breakfast window (6:30am-9am). Overall a comfortable stay, would visit again.

I was most impressed with the staff here. Rebecca was so professional, welcoming and friendly to chat with. The manager did not hesitate to help me when I had issues with noise. The housekeepers were free with hellos and good morning. It made the stay feel warmer, even with snow and icy roads. I do not understand the paid/shared parking situation with the college. The school next door seemed empty and the parking was right along the hotel's building. Maybe they should revisit that policy, especially since there isn't security in the lot. Overall, I can tell that they take care to maintain the property and provide a positive experience. It would be nice to stay here without the Covid factor. The rooms are supposed to be empty for 24 hours between guests. I noticed this didn't seemed to always be followed. Maybe it was a communication breakdown with housekeeping? However, I do think the 24 hour commitment is an excellent selling point. I just hope they stick with it. Beyond that, I would recommend this property because the staff seems to genuinely care. I hope they get what they need, so they can be nothing short of All-Stars!

My stay was wonderful,peaceful, and quiet, I couldn’t ask for anything better!

Everything was great except for the hidden fees. $5 for parking. $5 for incidentals. Not really a big deal but I thought I was saving money by staying here. I guess the word I’m looking for is irritating.

Check in with Rebecca was great. Second time in 10 days staying here. Room is good. Shower is awesome, really enjoyed it. Only two frustrations; one..no hair dryer in room; two- I wish housekeeping would not short sheet the bed. I have to remake the bed so the sheet and minimal comforter reach my shoulders when attempting to sleep. Have had much better grab-n-go breakfasts elsewhere. Easy access to Seattle freeways. Near to restaurants.

The place was fine for the one night. Little out of the way, but pretty easy to find. Wish you would orient your sign better. Drove right by because the sign faces north and we were approaching from the south. Grab and Go breakfast was probably the most minimal I have experienced; muffin, granola bar, yogurt and a banana. You could up your game a little. Lastly, actually stayed in the hotel because they advertised Netflix. My wife is watching something on it. We don't have a subscription; so thought this was an opportunity for her to catch up. Guess what? Oh, they have Netflix, but you either have to join ($$) or already have a subscription. Fairfield's info doesn't speak to that fact. Have 3 HBO channels. I rated the hotel fine, but just wanted to point out a little deception.

Stayed for one night but the bed was so comfortable and everything was clean. The tv had Netflix which was a nice touch. Really enjoyed the stay.

Clean , quiet weekend stay . The lastest practice of paid parking in a large suburban unsecured lot is annoying.

The room was hella hot had to request for a fan. Breakfast was only in small packages. Double charged my sister card. Did an review the GM emailed us and responded and that was it. No follow up or reimbursement. #RipOff

I arrived to friendly and helpful staff that helped me with my needs. I was there for 6days and they were pleasant each day no matter who was minding the front desk.
