Tiny room, very noisy, staff unwilling to accommodate change of room request despite low occupancy. Grumpy staff at breakfast Definitely won’t go there again unless the hotel reaches out to apologize...

Generally good stay. Fantastic property with exception views of the lake. Award for most expensive in room tea ever goes to this hotel. Unlike every other hotel I’ve stayed at you would think that this being 4 star hotel that the room would have tea and coffee included but it’s not. 20 euro for 2 teas - exceptionally expensive for a tea bag and some hot water. That said, the hotel does offer free use of bikes which is great and the hotel restaurant food was good. Asked one lady about using the gym which she said we could book. Asked another staff (male worked in the evening) and he said you can’t use it. I think the hotel needs to sort there internal communication about what you are doing. Either you can or you can’t. Guests should not receive mixed messages which change daily.

Friendly service, great views of the lake and the ferry nearby to get to the main town

The hotel had such an amazing view. We were there for New Years Eve and decided to cancel our plans and watch the fireworks from our balcony instead. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and also a ferry service that runs every 30min that takes you to the city center. The breakfast was delicious! The parking spots are a little tight.

Super small rooms even with upgrades requested. Tiny TV. Fairly clean but not excellent. $25day for parking is overpriced. Okay location. Would expect a little more for the price

Very nice hotel with amazing views. slightly pricey but you get what you pay for. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The one negative is it’s location to Como. It’s about a mile walk which in nice weather is fine. However a taxi to town will charge between 12€-19€. A lot of money for a mile trip...

Great views. Near ferry slip. 10 minutes to Como citi center

We arrived a little early, the staff was fabulous, welcoming and let us check in early. They had a bottle of Prosecco waiting in our room (it’s our honeymoon) .. the room itself was a little small but gorgeous, clean, and good views of the lake. (I should mention they also upgraded us to lake view) for the first time on our trip we actually felt like it was our honeymoon. Like I said the staff are informative, friendly, welcoming, and happy! The hotel itself is like a fairy tail, beautiful and on the lake.

Need to take ferry to Como city. Breakfast was great. Parking is €25 per day!
