We found reception personnel to be rude. We felt as we were bothering them. We checked in, later on the day we realized they didn’t give up a drink voucher that all inclusive guest receive, another guest told us about it. We felt as if we were not welcomed. Drinks are not allowed in the pool because of the glass. But they don’t have plastic glasses for special drinks. The pool closes at 8pm! What the heck! We wanted to enjoy the pool after a long day... so we did until 9pm. I must add that the waiters were attentive and treated us differently. Food was really good, so were the drinks. There’s negatives and also positives, you make your choice. As I finished this post we witnessed 3 females almost drown. The staff was not prepared with ropes or life jackets. After we yelled for help a guys who cut coco jumped in to save them. After yelling for help, running asking for ropes, I took the one closing the steps to hand to them to use. Staff jumped in risking their life without tools to save lives.

Excellent place to stay , I highly recommend this place , food is delicious, drinks are really good , everything is fresh, nice view to the ocean

Being a small spot, it is a nice place to take your love one for a Weekend out. Would reconsider going again in the future, one small thing was the service at the Restaurant, The restaurant needs to reorganize itself or maybe add one more extra person on the floor, our Server forgot our deserts if not that I asked, our Dinner basically took around 2 1/2 hours, which to me was very long personally, Maybe some people don't mind the time it takes since its a 3 course meal, Stay away from the Pasta Marinada, its pasta with tomato sauce which mentioned a mix of Creamy Shrimp, however I could not taste a single bit nor see a single piece of shrimp on the pasta, try the Chicken or the Fish (being on the coast its worth trying the seafood) Lunch the next day was not bad however did not really felt fresh, more like prepped hours early since there was a large group of people using the Pool on the establishment (Banquet Style) which got the lunch Service, other than that would definitely give it another try in the future!

Muy buen lugar

El personal de recepción excepcional, todos muy amables, la comida muy buena. Excelente para viajes en familia, pareja, etc. Sooo deben ampliar un poco el cierre del bar.

La limpieza, el ambiente familiar, la seguridad y la vista desde la habitacion me parecieron excelentes. Me gustaria sugerir dar mantenimiento al A/C ya que si bine no sufrimos de calor durante la noche creo que necesitan revisarlo. Al igual que la cafetera deben cambiarla ya que no servia.
