Happy with all now we talking thank guys

It was not clean! There was trash under the beds, in between the beds, looks like it wasn’t swept! Carpet stained throughout room and hallway! It smelled, dining room looked rough! Popcorn machine me was never used or cleaned when we were there! I was very very displeased for how much I paid for it. I could have spent $20 more and stayed in a Hampton.

The building is older and needs updating. My bed made a terrible sound every time I rolled over. The walls were very thin and we could easily hear others in the hall. The pics online must’ve been taken years ago.

The ceiling leaked in our room causing a large wet spot in our room that began to smell. Front desk was informed, they did nothing. Refrigerator made an obnoxiously loud squealing sound. The window let in a LOT of cold air. WiFi was super spotty, ended up using my phone's mobile hot spot. Housekeeping STOLE my kindle. We left the room for 4 hours and in that time housekeeping came in and made the bed (poorly) and took it upon themselves to steal my kindle. Management has been slow to react to fix this situation. Would NOT recommend.

Staff was wonderful, but everything else was not.
