I have been in this hotel many times before. In the current trip I spent one month(!) in this place, because the worldwide COVID-19 situation. I have been ALONE within last 3 weeks in the 203-rooms hotel! It was a real examinations for a hotel stuff, for all services, etc. in the extraordinary situation. I can rate this as an excellent job.

Old and feels like a hostel

Location was great. We arrived late the room was ok but had no shampoo , conditioner or soap. Service was not the best for the price we paid .

This Hotel is in an excellent location for a visit to Helsinki. The staff are very pleasant. However I particularly wanted, and chose this hotel as it advertised a bar and restaurant. The hotel had a note that there were renovations taking place that may be noisy during the day. This was not noticeable and wouldn't have been any problem. What they did not say was that the restaurant and the bar were actually closed - all the time of my 6 day visit. So effectively this was not the Hotel that I booked. They did not offer any reduction in their price either, and on this I would say that the room was very small and basic and furniture was worn and shabby, I would have expected better for the price. Thank you Expedia for your apology and the gift token which you gave me following this.

Very good location ideal for central station. Staff very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a good time and good service and it is so close to the train station

Was clean and comfortable. The hotel carpets and some decor is a little worn. Breakfast was good but staff kept lifting cup, glass and plates before finished!

We got a very good spacious room, though the bed linen didn't look fresh enough (hairs on sheets). There were only two tea bags, one of which appeared torn. Looked as if sb stayed in this room after it had been done for new customers ...

Good value for money, outside look old but the room is clean
